Larry received a Ph.D. and M.S. from Rice University in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science, and a B.A. from Rice University in Physics and Math. (Double Major). He worked for 25 years at Hewlett-Packard Company as a Software Integration and Test Manager, Platform Architect, and OS Developer. He also served as the Chairman of the Trusted Computing Group’s Trusted Server Workgroup, publishing their first Trusted Server Architecture Document. He also holds 6 patents in the areas of I/O, NUMA hardware, and Security. After leaving HP, Larry has worked as a web-based developer, and as Adjunct Professor of Computer Science at Northwestern Polytechnic University.
